Just after your breakfast your guide/drive will brief you about the trip and some of expectations not forgetting the dos and the don’ts. There after you will head to the to the volcanoes national park headquarters where you will be briefed about Gorilla trekking. On this you should be prepared to walk up to about 4 hours because trekking varies from 40 minutes up to 4 hours according to Mother Nature’s decision on that day. At meeting this Gorilla, you will be having a golden opportunity of about an hour to observe the behaviors of these wonderful creatures as you take some photos for your own reasons but without using flashlights.

Rwanda's capital, Kigali, is a great place to explore on foot - from its market areas to the infamous Hotel Rwanda. This morning we are taken on a city tour of Kigali before then being transferred to Kigali International Airport, for your domestic flight to Jomo Kenyatta international Airport where you will spend next 7 days.

Dressed in an Ostafrika Safaris uniform driver/guide will pick you up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport/ your Hotel, brief you about the entire trip, the expectations not forgetting the dos and the don’ts on your Safari. Then you will proceed to the home of the Red Elephants Tsavo West National Park, which is about 6 hours drive. As you approach your accommodation facility of this day you will have the chance to watch zebras, buffalos, giraffes, gazelle, waterbucks and big families of elephants. Look out also for a diversity of resident bird species which includes hornbills, eagles, kingfishers, weavers, giant bustards, storks and marabou.

After breakfast you will go for another game drive in the other side of the National park so as you can spot the other animals and landscapes you may have not seen on your first safari day. You will be advised to carry yourself packed lunch so as we can use all the time possible for the Safari. There after you will transfer to Amboseli National park where you will relax for the evening as you prepare for another wonderful safari day. Although on your way to the Lodge you got to be too alert because still many mammals can be spotted.

Just after breakfast your Kenyan breakfast, you will head for a full day extensive game drive of this magnificent National park. Amboseli is a small park with numerous zebras, wildebeests, Thomson gazelles, Grant gazelles, buffalos, waterbucks, hippos, lions, cheetahs, jackals and hyenas but also one of the best wildlife areas to observe elephants at close quarters. One of the highlight of the park is the Observation Hill, from which we will have a stunning view over the swamp and savannah landscape. It’s at this same point where you will have your picnic lunch.

Right after breakfast, it will be time to hit the wild once again. On day will go for another game drive to the sides of the park that you couldn’t reach on the previous day which of course guarantees different Landscapes viewing and the animals that you might have haven’t seen. Also on this day we shall carry ourselves a picnic Lunch because right after lunch it will be time to transfer to Nairobi.

At around 8am in the morning right after you breakfast on this day you will embark on a 6 hrs journey to Samburu National reserve. On arrival have lunch and check-in at the lodge and relax. After lunch and relaxation you will proceed for an afternoon game drive until the Sunset.

Early breakfast at the lodge after breakfast head out for a morning game drive and enjoy views of variety of wildlife such as the famous Grevy zebra, lions, leopards, and elephants. Return towards the lodge for hot lunch and relaxation. Thereafter proceed for the second game drive until the African sunset.

On this you will transfer as early 6am a distance of about 7hrs to lake Naivasha, at arrival you will check into your accommodation, the park, which is mainly, comprised of the Savannah ecosystem harbors a wide variety of wildlife including birds like; vultures, Verreaux's Eagles, augur buzzard, swifts. Wildlife includes; African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson's gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park is also home to the klipspringer antelope. Later Evening, you can have an optional boat ride at blue-lake Naivasha (optional).

After breakfast, we then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, regarded by avid birders' as the greatest World ornithological spectacle on the Earth. The Park is famous for its millions of pink flamingoes lining on the lakeshore. The Park is also Sanctuary to the Black Rhino, White Rhino, and the Rothschild Giraffe. Birdlife includes common species like the lesser and Greater Flamingoes, African fish Eagle, Tawny Eagle, Green Wood Hoopoes, Cliff Chat, Great White and Pink Backed Pelicans plus other intra- African Migrants.

After Breakfast we depart to Masai Mara Game Reserve, the landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers thus been one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive.

Sunrise is a great time for wildlife spotting as animals tend to be the most active during the “golden hours”, when the first rays of sunshine come to rest on the savannah. Few predators hunt during the heat of the day, so the early morning is the best time to observe the thrill of the chase, or at least the aftermath of a hunt. We advise on this day you carry yourself packed lunch so as we can have the entire day in the wild hunting for as much zebras, lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, birds and the beautiful sceneries

The fact that the Masai Mara is very rich when it comes to wild life a day is never enough. On this day we shall still be on a full day drive on the other side of the game reserve to spot the animals that we didn’t spot on the previous day. You can also choose to go for a hot air balloon safari launches in the early morning, just in time for sunrise. For about one hour you will be floating peacefully above the ground, with a bird’s eye view of the African bush below. The capacity for this activity is limited making this a very special and exclusive experience. The additional cost for this optional activity is EUROS 440 per person

On this you will have another extended morning game drive in Masai Mara.
Return back to the camp for late breakfast. We depart Mara for the return journey back to Nairobi with en-route lunches. Safari ends in Nairobi at approximately 1800 hrs. Drop off your hotel or airport.
